Tarlton Welcomes Blake Donnelly as Project Engineer


ST. LOUIS (August 20, 2024) – Tarlton, St. Louis’ largest women-owned general contracting and construction management firm, welcomes Blake Donnelly as a project engineer.

Donnelly brings versatility and a wealth of experience to Tarlton from his previous roles as a project engineer for a residential construction firm in Springfield, Missouri; office and field work in the industrial sector; and as a carpenter and laborer in commercial construction. He serves on  Tarlton teams in the Concrete Restoration and Special Projects groups.

Donnelly’s current projects include the parking garage for Horseshoe St. Louis Casino and the renovation to the state-of-the-art Penske Truck Leasing facility in Kansas City, Missouri.

“Blake’s professional experience in having worked in three different construction capacities in the industry brings a unique skill set to his position at Tarlton,” said Michael Trettel, vice president and leader of the firm’s energy, industrial, civil and concrete work, along with the Special Projects Group. “We welcome and appreciate his capabilities and unique perspective on our projects.”

Donnelly holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Missouri State University in Springfield.
