Tarlton Promotes Nick Eshelman to Senior Project Manager


ST. LOUIS (Nov. 29, 2023) – Tarlton, St. Louis’ largest women-owned general contracting and construction management firm, has promoted Nick Eshelman to senior project manager.

Eshelman, who has 13 years of experience in the construction industry, joined Tarlton in early 2014 as a project engineer. He was promoted to senior project engineer in 2018 and project manager in 2019. During his tenure at Tarlton, Eshelman supported project directors and collaborated with owners, architects, engineers and superintendents on projects for Washington University in St. Louis, Washington University School of Medicine, SSM Health, Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, St. Louis Community College and Saint Louis Science Center.

He is working on the third floor renovations to the Washington University School of Medicine’s Gnotobiotic Research, Education and Transgenic facility. His most recent projects include the new parking garage for the Washington University School of Medicine Neuroscience Research Building and renovations to the Outpatient Surgery Center at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital-South Campus.

Eshelman holds two academic degrees from Missouri University of Science and Technology, including a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
