Self-Performance

We self-perform 25 percent of our work annually and have a Special Projects Group fully equipped to meet the specific needs of each client. This group works under established master service agreements, as well as project-specific agreements in the industrial, energy, telecommunications, life science, healthcare and commercial markets.

We have always been builders. Tarlton employs laborers, carpenters, iron workers, cement finishers and others in the trades. This benefits our clients by giving us greater control over safety, quality, cost and schedule. Having this experience makes us an all-around better builder because we understand how to coordinate and execute work even when not self-performing.
