Tarlton gutted and renovated 13,000 sf of space to convert the unfinished basement level of Washington University’s Forsyth House into a fully functioning office and examination facility. The Student Health Center was completed while the four floors of dormitory rooms above were occupied and surrounding buildings continued at the typical busy college pace.
