Existing feeds to the buildings were removed and replaced. Work in mechanical rooms included new valves, piping, pumps and controls. The project also included electrical rough-in for future use and upgraded site lighting and landscaping.
Tarlton self-performed all concrete flatwork, as well as the sewer work and excavation for the utility contractors.
