Tarlton built a new 2-level parking structure for 350 cars to provide much needed additional parking to the University of Missouri–St. Louis campus. The construction was complicated, as it was adjacent to a MetroLink line and on a steeply sloping site. This restricted placement of equipment while presenting a significant potential safety risk.
