Preconstruction

Tarlton provided preconstruction and construction services for the 30,000 sf tenant fit-out of a Technology Center for a confidential client. The center occupies the entire 5th floor of the 4220 Duncan Ave. building in the Cortex District, which Tarlton also constructed.

In addition to offices, meeting rooms, a cafe and open collaboration areas, Tarlton, contracted by Jones Lang LaSalle, also built out  a “Maker Space” for building with 3-D printers and a “Garage” for developing new software.
