Tarlton completed the tri-level parking garage for St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. The concrete structure, which added 339 on-campus parking spaces, was a design-build project with Weber-Hampton Architects. Because of the busy area surrounding the parking garage, access to the project site was limited to one side of the project. The concrete work included post-tension decks and micro silica concrete.
