Tarlton served as General Contractor for the Missouri American Water Co. Generator project. Work included construction of a retaining wall and retained earth fill near the existing CP3B electrical substation. The team also constructed a new switchgear building and new electrical duct bank between the existing CP3B and an additional substation.
The project team installed three 3.25-megawatt emergency generators and two 12,000-gallon fuel storage tanks, as well as additional sections of switchgear in the existing CP3B substation.
