Tarlton upgraded the storm sewer along the lower-drive lane outside the Terminal 1 Baggage Claim area at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. The project included full- and partial-depth concrete repair of elevated drive lanes, column and beam repair, waterproofing and the installation of drainage systems.
