Tarlton completed interior renovation upgrades at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center Outpatient Center-Sunset Hills for BJC HealthCare. Phase 1 renovations included approximately 12,000 sf of the first floor lobby and corridors, cancer center, lab/radiology, primary care and specialty suites. Completed within an aggressive schedule, the scope included construction of interior finishes and modification of the existing space to accommodate a new tenant.
Phase 2 renovations included the breast center and second floor doctors’ offices.
