Tarlton completed the interior fit-out of the new 17,000 sf MOVE by BJC on the 1st floor of 4220 Duncan Ave. in the Cortex Innovation Community. The project included design-build mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection. Our team also extended the building’s MEPFP systems and added architectural finishes.
The fitness space features areas for cardiovascular and strength training, with state-of-the art elliptical trainers, treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes and rowing machines. Amenities include a 60-yard-long track, assessment rooms, two group exercise studios, a SpinningTM studio, locker rooms and a pro shop that offers pre- and post-workout food and beverages.
