Tarlton completed work on office and laboratory space on the second and third floors of the 4260 Forest Park Ave. building in the Cortex District. Tarlton completed the core and shell of the new building anchored by TechShop.
The team developed MEPFP systems on both floors. The second floor consists mostly of offices, conference rooms and huddle rooms, in addition to a stability room housing walk-in coolers and environmental chambers for research purposes. The third floor consists mostly of labs and clean rooms.
