Tarlton installed a new coal reclaim system to expedite delivery of coal into the plant. A new duct bank and concrete pylons support the new conveyor system, which carries coal about 75 ft from the coal piles into the building. The coal yard draining piping was also relocated away from the new crusher tower and was upgraded to meet newer standards. New control systems also were installed.
