When Tarlton began working for Monsanto several years ago, our experience matured into true expertise in building and renovating labs, upgrading site and building infrastructure, and adopting related standards and requirements such as LEED.

Since then, we have completed an R&D facility with a total project cost of $200 million in a joint venture with Gilbane, poured concrete pads for critical equipment, renovated lab spaces, held maintenance contracts on life science campuses, and constructed a LEED Gold lab-office building and built out tenant suites in the Bio-Research & Development Growth Park at the Danforth Plant Science Center.
