Tarlton constructed this new four-story, 150,000 sf academic building for Social Sciences and Law faculty and students. Kallman, McKinnell and Wood Architects designed the building in the Collegiate Gothic style characteristic of the campus.
The project included a thermal plant and related site utilities. The LEED Certified building incorporates a wide range of environmentally friendly “green” building principles and practices.
Tarlton completed construction ahead of schedule, allowing early move-in of a portion of the building. During the final phase of construction Tarlton simulaneously renovated the adjacent Anheuser-Busch Law Building, requiring shared site management to contain all construction activities and uphold the safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors.
