With Tarlton serving as Construction Manager, Wexford Building 1 in the BioResearch & Development Growth Park at the Danforth Plant Science Center has been named a finalist for an AGC of St. Louis 2010 Keystone Award.

Winning Workplaces Inc. has named Tarlton a great place to work, one of 20 chosen from more than 400 small to mid-size companies nationwide. This year's winners are profiled in the June issue of Inc. magazine.

It's another first for Tarlton, which has broken into Engineering News-Record's annual list of the country's Top 400 Contractors.

Tarlton's construction of Missouri's first Nordstrom Rack store is under way, with the store scheduled to open Sept. 16. Tarlton also will manage construction of the full-line Nordstrom store at the Saint Louis Galleria, with a September 2011 planned opening.

The American Subcontractors Association Midwest Council has chosen Tarlton as the 2010 Best General Contractor among the region's largest GCs.  

A nationally recognized leader in sustainable construction, Tarlton has completed or is working on 10 LEED projects. Lab Building 1 in the BioResarch & Development Growth Park at the Danforth Plant Science Center is the firm’s first Gold certification.

The joint venture of Tarlton, KAI Design & Build and Pepper Construction is set to begin work on the Saint Louis Art Museum expansion. The museum will remain open to the public during all phases of construction.
